Barbara A. Bradley, 80, of Linwood passed away on March 26th. She was born in Philadelphia and was raised and educated in both the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh areas throughout her childhood. Barbara worked as a teller for Fidelity Bank before retiring to care for her children and family. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, Holy Saviour Women’s Club, and the Linwood Elementary PTO for many years. Barbara enjoyed going to the casinos, traveling with family especially to the beach.
She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Bradley (2011); father and step-mother, James and Alice Greavy; mother and step-father, Lillian and Vincent Garvey; brothers, John Garvey and Vincent Garvey.
She is survived by her children, Leanne Bradley and Michael Bradley; cousins, Janice Hopkins and William Frank; many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 31 at 11am at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home 1459 Market St. Linwood, PA. Friends and family are invited to her viewing from 10-11am. Burial will follow in Lawn Croft Cemetery.
So sorry for your loss. Your Mom was a awesome person. I enjoyed many happy hours in Wildwood with your Mom and Dad and the rest of the Wildwood Crew.
