John M. Mortimer, 32, of Upper Chichester died on Sunday November 25th at his home. John was born in Chester to Michael J. and Sara Slaughter Mortimer. He was a graduate of Chichester High School with the class of 2004. John enjoyed fishing with his children and attending their baseball, football and cheerleading events.
He was predeceased by his grandfather, James A. Mortimer. He is survived by his children, Kaidyn Mortimer, and Ciarrah Mortimer; Parents, Michael and Sara Mortimer; Long-time girlfriend and mother of his children, Joanna Pittman; paternal grandmother, Lois K. Mortimer.
His funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 1st at 1:30pm at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home 1459 Market St. Linwood, PA. Friends and family are invited to his viewing from 12-1:30 at the funeral home. Burial will be private. Donations in his name can be made to the Ward Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
