Joseph F. Toth, 62, of Claymont, DE passed away on August 28th at Wilmington Hospital. He was born in Chester to Joseph and Patricia Toth. Joe was a graduate of Chichester High School. He worked as a heavy equipment operator for many years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and watching western movies. He also loved to tinker with things and fix things around the house. He was a jack of all trades and a master of many. What he enjoyed most, however, was spending time with his family and friends, especially playing with his granddaughter, Kaylee.
He is predeceased by his father, Joseph F. Toth. He is survived by his son, Joseph J. Toth; mother, Patricia Toth; sisters, Joann Doubet of Florida, Sandra Smith of Avondale, PA, and Susan Maxey of Florida; many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
His memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 8th at 11:30am at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home 1459 Market St. Linwood, PA. Friends and family are invited to call from 10-11:30. Burial will be private.
