Joseph M. Robinson, Sr., 89, of Boothwyn passed away on December 31st at Riddle Memorial Hospital. Born in Haddonfield, New Jersey to the late Charles and Viola Robinson. He and his wife resided in Upper Chichester for the past 57 years, before that Glenolden. Joe worked for many years until his retirement as a salesman for Little Debbie products. Joe enjoyed bowling and going to the casino. He was an active member of the Upper Chichester and St. John Fischer Senior Citizens groups.
He was preceded in death by his son, Joseph M. Robinson, Jr. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Helen J. Robinson; children, Glenn Robinson, Eleanor Doyle; sisters, Ann O’Grady, and Betty Guthan; 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Friends and family are invited to his viewing from 11am-12pm on Friday January 15th at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home, 1459 Market St. Linwood, PA. A private grave side service and burial will follow at Lawn Croft Cemetery.
