Patsy R. Brabson – 5/5/2021

Patsy R. Brabson, 86, of Boothwyn passed away on May 5th at Kindred Hospital in Havertown, PA.  She was born in Danville, VA to the late Dorsey and Ethel Kennon.  She was raised and educated in Trainer and was a graduate of Eddystone High School.  Patsy enjoyed her time at family barbeques, and the Candlelight Dinner Theatre.  She also volunteered with the Chichester band parent association for 10 years and was a long-time member of Marcus Hook Baptist Church.  What she enjoyed most was spending time with her family.

She was predeceased by her husband, Elmer Brabson; grandson, Robert “Bo” Johnson.  She is survived by her children, Deborah Johnson (Bob), Betsy Mattera (Jay), Elmer Brabson; sister, Peggy “Joy” Cannon; 7grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.

A graveside funeral service will be held privately at Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA.

  2. We are so sorry for the loss of your mom. She was always so kind and caring. I remembering many talks at the kitchen table. She loved her family with her whole heart and was so proud of her grandchildren. She will be missed by many. May the beautiful memories of your mom help give you comfort.
