Robert L. Gonzalez, 23, of Linwood Passed away on April 30th at his home.  He was born in Chester to Jose Gonzalez and Megan Burns.  He was raised and educated in Lower Chichester and was a graduate of Chichester High School with the class of 2014.  Robbie enjoyed music and liked to rap.  What he enjoyed most, however, was spending time, laughing, and having fun with his family and friends.

He was predeceased by his grandfather, George Burns; Great-Grandfather, Howard Dowd; Aunt, Elizabeth Gonzalez. He is survived by his parents, Jose Gonzalez and Megan Burns; siblings, Luis Rodriguez, Linda Rodriguez-Boulware, Lucy Felizina, Angela Gonzalez, Stephan Rodriguez, Hayley Gonzalez, Carmen Gonzalez, Jadi Gonzalez, Josephine Gonzalez; Grandmother, Susan Burns; Great-Grandmother, Anne Dowd; Godmother, Kristin Burns; Special Friend, Kassie Crowe and her daughter, Karalyn; many nieces and nephews, especially, Ayden Doyle and Maria Wilson.

His funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 7th at 11am at the Joseph A. Ward Funeral Home 1459 Market St. Linwood, Pa.  Friends and family are invited to his viewing from 9-11am at the funeral home.  Burial will be private.   2. Robbie you definitely were one of a kind. I’m so sad that you have passed. You were such a great kid and helped your Mother and Father with the little ones. You will be missed by many people. Fly high angle.watch over all of us down here on Earth especially your Family.

  3. No words however kindly meant, can sooth your pain away. We hope the love around you, memories, and heartfelt prayers of those who mourn with you, help you through today. May you, in time, also find some comfort in knowing that God has promised to “swallow up death forever” (Isaiah 25:8), and to use his Son to resurrect our dear loved ones who have passed away including Robert (John 5:28). May those promises, in time, somehow strengthen you.
