Dear Reba and family, I am so very very sorry for this great loss. I met Dave (and Reba) through my husband and I felt an immediate and genuine friendship. During my husbands illness and death, Dave stood out to me among many friends. His genuine concern for me and my family was remarkable to me. He was so proud of his family, he was blessed beyond measure and he knew it. His desire to give back to his community and to be a friend was a beautiful testimony! He will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. God Speed, Dave!

Dear Reba, Kait and Kelly, Dave, was a Special Guy . I was Blessed to spend 12 years of school with him at St. Roberts and St. James. We continued our friendship into adulthood. He was smart, funny and tender hearted..One special memory was us becoming Father’s in 1985. We shared Birthing Classes together at Sacred Heart Hospital. I know he was a wonderful Dad and proud GrandPop. It was great seeing him at 72 Bulldog get together’s as well. Dave will be greatly missed. He left an indelible footprint in many lives. May God Bless you through this difficult time. With Deepest Sympathy, Rob Shaeffer

I remember when Dave started at Mobil and we became friends. We had many conversations together he told me when he was getting married and when his first born was coming and arrived. We did work together for a few years. Great guy and friend. I did miss talking with him after I retired in 1995. My condolences to Reba and family.
