September 17th, 2018

Joshua S.  Gruszka

November 18, 1983 – September 14, 2018

It is with great sadness that the family of Joshua Gruszka announces his passing on Friday, September 14, 2018, at the age of 34 years. Joshua will be lovingly remembered by his mother and father, Bernadette and Dave Gruszka, his brother, David, and his two sons, Aiden and Daniel. He will also be remembered by his uncles, Jack and Anthony, his aunt, Judy and his cousins, Tiffany, Courtney, and Jaclyn. Joshua had the good fortune to grow up in a large close-knit extended family that provided Joshua with a memorable childhood filled with lots of love, laughter and happiness.

Joshua was an avid sports fan who excelled in baseball and football in his earlier years. His love of sports and his commitment to his Eagles continued into adulthood. He passed his love of sports onto his son Aiden who also excels between the painted lines. His love for Aiden soared and he saw Aiden as his greatest accomplishment and his best gift to the world. Although still a tot, Joshua had expectations of the same regarding his next best gift, Daniel. Joshua will have a birds-eye view to watch over his greatest achievements in life, his sons.

Joshua will forever be in the hearts of his loved ones and will be deeply missed.

His funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, September 19 at St. John Fisher Church 4225 Chichester Ave. Boothwyn, Pa. Friends and family are invited to call from 9:30 – 10:30 followed by mass at 10:30.
